Shape shifting as it warms up. A beeswax, honeysuckle, slate. Consistent. Great weight. Beautiful.

Butter, vanilla, lemon. Easy going nose. The palate is well balanced with lemon on the sides. A good grip and some buttery touch complementing everything. Finish with lemon and a fresh thing. Cool!

Golden yellow, slightly oily full mouthfeel at first with lively, crisper finish. Grassy, herbs, lemony, floral overtones, almost mint towards the end, very little oak or vanilla. Too cold from the fridge, really needs to warm up a bit, but then gets really good.
