Interesting wine. Sipping this wine, it alternated between beautiful soft floral fruits and dark elegant earthy black fruits. Blackberries, raspberries, sour dark cherries, black cherry licorice cola, red and pink florals, wet black earth, soft grainy chalk, ambers, nutmeg, soft cinnamon, crushed rocks and and smooth elegant finish. The nose is a 10! Beautiful baking spices, florals, and fresh red fruits. It's in a good place to drink now. Likely, somewhere around it's peak! Even better with the chicken confit.
