Wow. The critics are tough on this wine. It’s literal Heaven in a cup. Paired with fiocchi pasta purses with pears, gorgonzola, walnuts, shaved Parmesan, and drawn sage butter. It’s Heaven. I wish I drank this without food but I have another vintage so we shall see. #wharfrat

Light yellow color, almost like straw or hay. Vibrant nose with lime, lemon, and the slightest hints of nail polish remover. Wine is well balanced with a subtle combination of cream, butter, and melons. Medium finish. Definitely a high quality producer. This is probably great and awesome value in 3yrs. I enjoyed it!

Laser acidity and tons of structure. A little lacking in actual fruit. Obviously a very very well made wine, but maybe in an awkward spot.

A bit creamy, some minerals, and a hint of green apple if you squint. Would drink again!
