Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru Pinot Noir

Fruit, dood acidity, elegant.

Rich & structured that needed some air to open showing dark cherry, earth, mineral & spice. Like most 12’s I have tried they will need more time in the cellar.

This was approachable with a short decant showing lots of dark fruits & spice with floral tones. Nice wine.

Beautiful nose , dark fruits, yet some lift, expansive on palate, not heavy - earthy, yet very pretty

Thanksgiving 2015 enjoying aunt karens eine cellar!! $30. For a french pinot it works well with turkey!!
