Pale ruby in color. Perfume of fresh strawberries and white pepper on the nose. Palate is lush with raspberries and finishes with a touch of shitake mushrooms. Incredibly fresh and juicy in a wonderful way. Good balance of acid to ensure its not too dry. Smooth tannins with a decent finish carried by the acid.
