Here it is another weekend and another beautiful pinot noir. Tonight I have opened the 2018 Domaine Faiveley Joseph Faiveley Bourgogne Pinot Noir. This Domaine has sourced their grapes from the C贸te de Nuits, C么te de Beaune and C么te de Chalonnaise.
In the nose there is cherry, strawberry, raspberry, violets, hibiscus, vanilla and forest floor.
On the palate there are beautiful fresh red fruit of cherry, raspberry, cranberry, clove, spice, smokey oak and a good earth presence.
The wine is medium bodied smooth silky mouthfeel with medium+ acidity and medium+ fine round tannins the mive seamlessly into a long red fruit earthy finish. Please have a wonderful weekend and stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 馃嵎馃嵎馃嵎馃嵎
