Too young and intense to drink now. Wait 5 to 10 years. The nose is just perfect for Pinot Noir: such a burst of elegant fruit aromas. The palette is so fruit-forward but not in a New World manner. Instead, the cherry flavor, while elegant, is so intense as to be overwhelming. The flavor will overwhelm any food. There is no harshness, but it’s too much. A very masculine Pinot. I suspect that in 2029 this will be close to a perfect wine. I enjoyed it in a perverse way but it is not ready. Open in 2026 or later.
