Hazy and a bit funky. Less than 100 grams RS post fermentation. Needed some stinky cheese.

This is delicious. Lovely bottle development. Perfumed. Guessed it was Burgundy, blind. Liatiko/Mandilari.

Super cool Greek dessert wine, barrels aged on a porch for years. Small production and went perfectly with the Greek donuts...

Reminds me of old Barolo, tawny port, freezer burn, and grape ice pops. Somehow this strange combination works. Truly one of the most interesting dessert wines I've ever come across!
