Nutty and creamy with a range of desiccated stone fruits.

This was seriously impressive.

Tastes like life cereal.

Skin contact Assyrtiko from Crete. Greenish gold. Oxidative. Rich and complex. Bruised apricots, citrus lemon and almonds. High acid. Great with modern Greek food. Little varietal typicality.

Another great Orange wine from this Cretan producer. Very mild orange flavor but the hint of citrus just pleases. The nose is flowery and just perfume. This

Dry with slight roasted almonds and green olives, seems very mature sherry. Slight yellow apple notes. Slight white pepper and red spices.

Probably not a great bottle, much more advanced than it should be. Oxidized yellow fruits and candied notes. Just too flimsy and faded.

Terrific core acidity and other assyrtiko characteristics blended with the best qualities of mace ration and oxidation. Very versatile.
