Nov 9th, 2025Touch Brettanomyces, aka horses ass but otherwise flawless and very tasty. 13.5%. Comes across as a red Burgh. NSG. Inky and dark. Tannins fully resolved. Velvety, Blackberry, dark 🍒. Leather.

Wow. On day one this tasted powerful but somewhat closed, and I thought I had opened it too early (more air would have helped). It opened up a little more each day, and by day 3 it was fantastic. I won't try to describe all the layers of fruit. The finish was minerals and herbs and a little bitterness. I need to get more Cornas.
