Huge apple flavor definitely some wood and sweetness from the calvados. So rich. Almost like a dessert. Cooked apples with cream and apple sauce.

Crisp dry very refreshing. Purchased for a David Leibovitz cocktail the Perfect Pear. The label says 5.5% alcohol.
