One of the best white wines I have had in a while, contemplative and complex, lengthy and texturally engaging. This was firing on all cylinders. Probably what most white burg producers want their wines to age like. Impeccably fresh yet loaded with evolved character, seamless and so invigorating across the palate. Ripe citrus like tangerine, lemons, grilled yellow peach, pineapple, dried apricots, ceylon cinnamon, crushed rocks, white orchard blossoms, candied ginger, spring honey, roasted nuts, almond cream, herbs. Yes please!

Blend of Grenache (65%), Mourvèdre (15%), Syrah (15%) and Cinsault (5%). Light Ruby color. Lovely aromas of raspberry, cherry, black tea, lavender, forest floor and rose petals. Flavors of raspberry, cherry, red plums, blackberry, mushroom and Asian spices. Intriguing note of minerality on the long and lingering finish. Perfect level of acidity and so beautifully balanced. Wonderful complexity and length. Rich, bright and fresh tasting. Stunner!
