A pale gold, the '13 Vieux Télégraphe Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc emits flowered notes of poached white stone fruits, candle wax and baking spices. A buttery citrus flavor is evident on the creamy palate. An acidic minerality gives the wine a nice backbone. Finishes long with crushed rocks lingering on the aftertaste.
