Vin de Pays des Côtes de Gascogne Red Rhône Blend

Every time I have a wine from the #CotesDeGascogne (Gascony) region of #France, I am blown away by the quality of these value wines. Once again, @DomaineduTariquet impressed me with their Classic. The 2013 is a blend of Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Sauvignon, Gros Manseng. A beautiful, crisp, refreshing simply enjoyable wine of bright tropical fruits highlighted by lemon zest and solid acidity. Yum!

Nice light wine. Very fruity without being overly sweet.

It's a good wine... but it's not an exceptional wine.. better then the chardonnays I also drank tonight!

Earthy and dry. One of my new favorite
