45% Ugni Blanc, 35% Colombard, 10% Sauvignon and 10% Gros Manseng. 10.5% abv
Very pale color, fruity nose - peach, pear, very savory aspect as well, minerals underneath but an herbal overlay. Tastes like wet rocks and an earthy fruit flavor.
