It's Friday!!!!!! This pale yellow 85% Sauvignon Blanc 15% Chardonnay wine has a great aroma. We have apricots, grapefruit and tangerine. I am totally transfixed on the fragrance. At first taste the minerality hits first then right behind is a heavy dose of orange rind. The acidity is very pronounced but it all blends together in a harmonious dance. We have some small pebbles that make this whole taste work very well. ;-) Nostrovia!
