Domaine du Prieuré
Moutier Amet Savigny-lès-Beaune Pinot Noir
Fragrant bouquet of lilac and orchard blossoms, spice box, and vanilla with aromas of almost unripe cherries. A fantastic elegant wine that comes almost as a bargain.

Feb 28th, 2017Nice little simple burg. Low on the tannins. Cherry and apricot come through. My wife says it's "airy".

Feb 11th, 2017Medium/light body. Excellent balance of tannins. Spring soil, subtle Asian spice, eucalyptus, ripe strawberries on the nose. Medium acidity, raspberry, subtle pepper on the mouth. Pleasant, clean finish.
