Loire Pinot Noir. Takes hours to open up. Initially it was highly acidic muting the fruit. Almost dismissed it. The distinctive red cherry flavour came around nicely; it balanced the wine and intensified the flavours. Good Pinot. PS I’ll have to try this again with a properly cellared bottle…
