Red cherries and stony minerality on 4th day open. Not as screaming acidity as on day one, but still very fresh.

This is carignan, natch. And 'twere good. You get the carbonic, and the fruit is both fresh and ripe. Gulp.

Dried fruit, cola, potpourri. Nice acid, on the lighter side. A fun, interesting, easy drinking summer red.

Initially a little Bretty-ness gives way to really vibrant, carbonic red fruits. Really pleasant with a touch of spice, crisp acidity and almost weightless body.
