I normally drink Brut Champagne, so this was a bit different. Sweet, color almost looked like Apple juice.

Sparkling, bright and very crisp. Soft sweet nose. Lighter citrus forward (apple) and mineral aftertaste on palate. A hint of thyme? Rosemary? Good with maybe shellfish
