Deep, dark maroons and magentas. Must breathe. Floral and fennel bouquet with...bay leaf for that sweet/smoky hint. Clean plum and orange acidic forward with slow finish that lingers on the tongue that is anise/woody/peppery. Light-medium tannins. Lighter body. Slow, easy drinking. Would pair better with hard, savory cheeses, pesto, anchovies. — 8 years ago
Savory/salty nose. Very smooth and playful on the tongue. Mixed fruit with some darker berries. Tart reminiscent of a yogurt. Medium to full body and soft mineral afterword. — 8 years ago
Beautiful iridescent ruby! Rosey aroma you want to enjoy. Forward is light mint and strawberries with a nice almost mango acidity and a touch of spice...clove? Low tannins and light body. Drank cold. Very refreshing and can be downed easily on a Summer day with a salad or with friends (if you have enough to share). — 7 years ago
Beautiful color. Soft pear/peach nose. Mineral and lemon forward, but not too sharp. Lingers nicely on tongue with hints of fennel? It's sparkling but is kind of medium bodied. Easy drinking and would go well with a tray of oysters. — 8 years ago
Floral nose. Cloudy and medium bodied. Earthy/woody and acidic. Nice with a flaky white fish. Perhaps duck. — 8 years ago
Musky and floral nose. Deep ruby color. Soft and dark/tobacco and woody spice (cinnamon?) at the front and nice juicy red plum finish that doesn't sit on the tongue too long. Just sweet enough and easy drinking. Medium body. Medium-high tannins. Great on own. Would go well with chicken or duck, I imagine. Would buy again. — 8 years ago

Jalapeño nose maybe a hint of chocolate. Profound spice and deep red/leathery/clay/tobacco with savory aftertaste. Medium body that requires sipping. Possibly good with a mole or Cuban cigar. — 8 years ago
Sparkling, bright and very crisp. Soft sweet nose. Lighter citrus forward (apple) and mineral aftertaste on palate. A hint of thyme? Rosemary? Good with maybe shellfish — 8 years ago

Notes of figs and warm mulberries on the nose. Dark chocolate and berries on the forward. Lighter body and tannins. Long, smooth finish. Indeed, quaffable. — 7 years ago
