2nd time drinking this wine. 1 bottle drunk in France and this bottle drunk in the USA. There is so much hype behind this wine given miniscule production and traditional character. It’s a good wine and not flashy. However, it is not extremely complex and arguably lacking energy and refinement. Price tag is far too high in the USA.

Wham bamb thank you ma'am. A powerful and elegant Bordeaux that is going to drink for 15 more years but is great right out of the bottle. No sediment at all. A funky bouquet gives way after 10 minutes to a lush floral, dusty landscape.
