2015v. Rouge wine.Medium/dark purple color. Winemakers website says: 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 15% Cabernet and 5% Cinsault. Nose of ripe dark fruits and notable pyrazine aromas (perhaps from the cab). High acidity with barely noticeable tannins, which is surprising giving the grapes in this blend. No noticeable oak. Overall, a very easy drinking red that is fairly drinkable soon after opening. Pairs well with food and doesn't overwhelm the palette. 14% ABV. Drank during an amazing dinner at L'Ecole de Nice.
