Named after Alain's mother. Powerful wine. Black cherry, sweet spice, herbs. Gonna go well with a NY strip. Could clearly lay this down for a decade though. Glad I have 7 more bottles :)

There is a very high amount of Mourvèdre in this cuvée, and the wine is fantastic!

Just a baby. Milk chocolate, cherries, herbs and saw dust. Tannic and digging that. Flank steak is going to taste great with this.

Enter the beast. Smokey and mushroomy earth on the nose with a little cedar. Dark, brooding fruit with tannins just starting to soften up. Long finish with a whisper of Christmas cake. This puppy has 20 years ahead of it. Awesome with slow-roasted lamb.
