7 days of sunsets and at least 8 bottles of rose’.....this week was a good one on both accounts. A super dependable mineral driven, herbal, melon and fresh cut nectarine rose’....consistently solid on several bottles I had this week.

Rose season in on. Actually it started 2 moths ago, but this is the first great one. Nose is peaches and creme fraiche, mid palate is round but balanced by medium acidity. One of six, not sure how the rest are going to make it through the summer. Not reductive or weird at this stage, easy drinking.

POTUS says there is no global warming. Thus, summer must still be the season according to the weather outside, and rosé is the required beverage.
