Doesn't quite prepare you for the unruly palate. A spice bomb, layered with white/unripe fruits and M+ finish of acidity. A wolf in sheeps clothing.

Following up Paul's earlier garden shots from today. I'll call this one, "Roses for Rosé." This Rosé is a little more bitey than I prefer but it's still very nice. It's strawberries, watermelon, water reduced cranberry juice, ripe juicy white peach, pink roses, touch of light spice, gritty minerals, loaded with chalk and big acidity.

The nose is wild, but still innocent. Full of white cherry, white peach skin, white pepper, & cantaloupe rind. The Mourvèdre shines on the palate, with spicy pepper, & brambly strawberry. Finishes aggressively spicy, but paired with equal parts fully ripened intense fruit & M+ acidity. Delightful.
