So elegant- tasted blind, at first thought Moulin Vent or a gutsy Nebbiolo. Floral with some charcuterie on nose. High pitched, cassis, roses, some minced light sausage. Beautiful texture with integrated fine tannins, very smooth. Yum.

Pure ripe and exuberant black berry fruit, stone fruit, and plum. Underneath layers of iron, candied olive, sanguine, violet extract. Great grip and juiciness, very upfront in the mouth, cru Beaujolais meets Cornas punch. Worked perfectly with LMR pork chop
