Pop and pour. On the nose: pure blackberry, olive brine, game, soft leather. On the palate: fantastic acidity, strawberry, sweet blackberry, good density, so juicy and completely attenuated tannin on the finish. Very good.

Sep 26th, 2021Yum. On the nose: black pepper, raspberry coulis, spft leather, gamey olive. On the palate: excellent acidity, still, olive brine, pickled onion, beef jerky, dried black raspberry. This is exactly what old syrah is supposed to be about. Still lovely.
