Deep cider nose but not as much acid as I would expect

2008 - dark gold when opened, and muted. Required a good hour to blossom. but maybe one of the most evolved bottle I had.

Peaches, apricot and melon rind. Wet wool. Golden color. Very high acid

Pear and apple with honey after taste.
