Floral honeyed fruit, crushed rocks, a hint of fresh anise and melon on the nose. Great acidity, fennel, chalk and minerals on the palate. Great food wine.

Not much to this, but paired nicely with our cheese and charcuterie platter! Crisp, but probably served too cold. Was something nice and interesting to try.
