Wine of the night for us. In a sweet spot with collapsed tannins, dark fruit. Great poise and balance. Long finish.

This is an excellent Rhone. A little jammy on the nose but smooth and velvety on the finish. This could take a heavy meal or several rounds of day drinking. Tastes mostly like blackberries.

Don't remember much a few days later. Didn't stand up to the foi gras but still complimented our dinner and went down easy.
