Vintage 2019 | Made from 50 y old Carignan (60%), Grenache (30%) and Syrah (10%). 18 months barrel aging. That gives a solid wine with expressive smell (red summerfruit) quite frivolous, and a surprisingly powerful taste. Iron fist in a velvet glove. Really good. Paired it with venison steak. Good starter for the quest to Ventoux @Daniel M
