Complex and elegant! Great old world style with many layers of aromas, with ripe red berries such as raspberries, cranberries and cherries. Mushrooms, clove and tabaco leaf are very gentle and give space also to herbal aromas. Dried herbs and fresh thyme are seductive and mouthfeel is inviting. Can age super, but I could not wait much!

5th wine on 7th Jan - Pinot noir usually doesn't age - all abt delicate - sensitive.
Cool / not hot climate - better to drink when it's young.
Ideally in a cool to moderate climate. Unlike chadonnay easy to grow Pinot noir is low yielding as easily to rot.
Red berries and flora/ spicy.
Smooth tannin with medium body - pretty spicy with lots of cherries. Hkd450
