Delicious. Dosage tastes high but since it’s extra brut it must not be? Rich and crisp, flowery and elderflower, lemon meringue, key lime pie, surprising amount of richness for extra brut.

Crisp like a good Granny Smith Apple. Slight mineral mid palate that fades quickly. Refreshing but with a little backbone which would stand up to spicy foods

Beaujolais bubbles from Brun. JPB is a shaman with Gamay and his Beaujolais blanc is a joy to drink, so when I saw this blanc de blanc creamy de Bourgogne I was completely on board. As usual, Brun doesn't disappoint.
