This was my 1st Coravin, wondering if any of you have seen this tiny leakage on cork. Did I inject too much Argon? When I opened the bottle 2 days later the pressure was high.

Shows some fruit and lots of black licorice. Opens up to more balance and some oak. Enjoyable but I've never found 2007, or earlier Sénéchaux, to be exciting.

May 27th, 2014Very nice chateuaneuf! Hazelnuts, olive tapenade, cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and pomegranate. A little heat on the nose, but otherwise great aromas. Great color and very nice mouthfeel. Long taste and perfect tannins.

Beautiful, robust and well rounded fruit. Over ripe plums, stewed prunes, bramble berry, raspberries, tobacco and brilliant complexity! CDP is probably my favorite wine. I’m glad I waited 10 years to open this. This wine easily has 10 more years of life ahead of it.
