Opens up reductively, with aromas of gunpowder, lemon and mineral. Super concentrated with very high acidity. Layers and layers of lemon, saline minerality and the longest finish I have yet experienced. The flavour lingers for several minutes, actually allowing a rather slow rate of drinking, as opposed to other outstanding wines with ”just” a typically long finish.

All but impossible to find in the US but so much acidity and depth, you could find yourself drinking a whole bottle without realizing it.
