Chenin, how I adore you 😍. This spends 3 days on the skins and that is a lovely thing for this wine. The mouthfeel is round and layered with tropical fruit notes, a touch of peach and a brightness that makes this guy hard to put down.

Initial pineapple nose, then got a bit of fennel. Bright acid on the tongue, light citrus fruits but there is some body behind it while the acid tingle lingers. Think this is going to be amazing with the scallops sizzling on the stove right now!!
