What I'd call a "cole-slaw" wine. Nice for the in between, the not fancy. Starts with pineapple, a bit too bright at first then settles into some apricot smoothness as one settles in for more picnic hors d'oeuvres. And then, pop, it's gone. "Open another, what the heck, it's Tuesday"
