From vines up to 80 years old, pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits, citrus and floral aromas, aged 50% in older French oak barrels and 50% in stainless for 8 months. On the palate flavors of ripe apple and peach, citrus and honeysuckle, lively acidity with smoky spice notes. Long finish ending with a creamy texture and wet mineral character. Very nice, only 900 cases, will age some.
