Lesson learned: serve cooler and decant. At 55° it's a delicious, juicy mouthful. Too warm and the beastly feral side comes out.

Perhaps my first Cotes Catalanes. Juicy, ripe red fruit, cinnamon, excellent structure, warm and inviting.
