More advanced than the last bottle, initially I thought too advanced… but credit to the Somm at The Modern for talking me off the metaphorical ledge. Developed nicely in glass, more honey than creaminess. Wouldn’t give bottles any more time.

Wow. Not very familiar with 15s but this particular bottle delivered. With Madi at The Grill and some perfect sole. This wine was a dreamboat. The finish is something that pops for me with Lafons premier crus. Complex and royal.
