vintage 2021 | Cabernet Franc. Biologic. Vin de France. 14 m fermentation. Not filtered. Pretty much the same as my last notes, 3 years ago. Very dark colour. Frivolous combination of raspberries and spices in smell. Paired with risotto funghi.
