1985 Domaine Des Chezaux Griotte-Chambertin. Lunch at Tap while DS was visiting. He was super excited abt this wine. Exceptional. Didn’t decant. Drank straight away.

1985 Domaine des Chezeaux Griotte-Chambertin burgundy. Dinner at Ner w B&K K. Had no idea what to expect w this wine and we loved it. Was the fave of the night. Nice tartness to the wine and more fruity and bigger than one would guess. Bright acidity was what was so interesting and delicious. No decanting. K noted to find more.
