Very robust. A very restrictive wine, with an overpoweringly tannic palate but refined finish. Still young and stronger than Chateauneuf.

Young and fresh with vibrant acidity, juicy black fruit and pepper spice. Underlying minerality comes through on the finish. I'm very happy I opened this to go with my steak au poivre!
