Aug 6th, 2017Vintage 2012 - deep colour with redbrown rim, true to type Anjou with a bit austere smell: earthy, with a light iron impression and some bell pepper, also strawberries. The wine has certainly elegance (drink it from a decanter). It's not complex but gives a lot of pleasure. This wine was awarded a Coupe de Coeur from Guide Hachette. - drunk it with cabbage rolls filled with minced meat from chicken.
