This is good but somewhat disjointed right now. There’s good fruit flavor and a bunch of funk but they all seem like separate pieces that don’t come together. Will be interesting to see how the other bottles fair.

Gorgeous! Such an awesome example of chinon. Juicy fruit, game, flowers, and just a hint of pepper. Very little vegetal flavor. Can’t wait to see how this evolves.
