Probably a good time to open this 2004 vintage. Sour cherry, cigar box, white mushrooms on the nose. Dry leaves, cigar ash, sour pomegranate on the palate. The finish isn't too long but when it's there, it's delicious.

Mortet! Black walnut. Such elegant concentration. After an hour it started to show its brooding iron like a day old cut on he roof of your mouth. That moist cool environment is so transcendent.
