Wonderful step up from basic Côtes-du-Rhône with great balance of minerality, black fruit and a hint of wild herbs. Elegant on the palate - it's that joyous find, a wine that is reasonably priced and fun to drink. With modest tannins its also food friendly

Light berry, medium finish. Awesome with brad's beef Bourguignon.

I might change my rating after some decanting. Straight after uncorking, with an aerator, the wine is sharp with dark cherry overtones and a bitter after taste

(15/20) Простой аромат красных ягод с лёгкой нотой кедра. Свежая кислотность и чуть жестковатые танины. Горчинка во вкусе. Нормально.#DVR2017

Straight forward, dark fruit-filled nose with a touch of smoke. Medium-bodied, smooth with soft acidity on the palate. Dark flavors of plums, blackberry, currant and fig followed by notes of graphite, toasted oak and spice. The finish is short but juicy with nice acidity and structure.

excellent inexpensive Rhone. Soft on palate. Fruit, easy to drink. Went well with steak and asparagus.

Dark fruit, and garrigue. Smooth mouthfeel, with spice on the medium-length finish. Seemed as if it was at the end of it's peak; however, it was a part of the Jarboes close out sale 2016. Bottle was a little dirty and sticky. I wonder how it was cared for. I'd like to try a younger vintage.

Not too big nose, long finish. Not a bad one.
