No carbonic; vinified 100% “à la Bourguignonne”. Beets, rhubarb, sour fruits. Velveteen, plush texture, while still chillably low in alcohol. The quality and intensity would shame a few Cru bottlings. Reminds me a lot of the old Leynes cuvée of Bernard Dalicieux.
