Моченое яблоко, грецкий орех, сухие доски, подсыхающая краска, щавель, трава, солоноватый тон в послевкусии. Увесисто, очень сухо, серьёзно окисленно, но с живой, зеленой кислотностью. Традиционно, хересно, не особо утончённо или глубоко, довольно жарко.

Моченое яблоко, грецкий орех, сухие доски, подсыхающая краска, щавель, трава, солоноватый тон в послевкусии. Увесисто, очень сухо, серьёзно окисленно, но с живой, зеленой кислотностью. Традиционно, хересно, не особо утончённо или глубоко, довольно жарко.
